Casa 109

Designed in response to its proximity to National Road 109, House 109 organises its living spaces around a side courtyard that emphasises the relationship between the interior and exterior. The layout and form of the building orient the rooms towards this space, encouraging the use of the outdoor area and allowing natural light to enter.

Margres' Kerlite Metal and Extreme collections were incorporated into the home’s wall and floor coverings for this project. These ceramic solutions contribute to the continuity of the spaces and the overall architectural design.
