Casas na Aguda

The Casas na Aguda project involves converting an existing building into a complex of three three-bedroom homes located next to Praia da Aguda in Vila Nova de Gaia. The project is organised as a single residential volume that establishes a relationship with the coastal surroundings, enhancing the connection between interior and exterior spaces.

Flooring and wall cladding from Margres’ Kerlite Black-White and Prestige collections were used, contributing to the project’s material continuity and the flow between the property's different areas.
