North Gorge - Eco Residential Development

The North Gorge Eco Residential Development is a landmark project in Gibraltar comprising 45 townhouses and villas. Designed with a strong commitment to sustainability, the development is integrated into the local ecosystem. The project won the 2020 Gibraltar Sustainability Award for its adoption of construction solutions offering high environmental and energy performance.

Margres contributed to the development with its Concept, Hybrid, Slabstone and Tool collections. The ceramic tiles from these collections were selected for their durability, weather resistance, low environmental impact, and ability to promote healthier indoor environments.
